Stanley PTA Membership
Your PTA membership entitles you to the online Stanley student directory app and much more.
Why else should you join the PTA? At our school, the PTA provides the administrative, insurance and financial umbrella for things that make the Stanley experience a quality one for students, teachers and parents. From teacher appreciation events and acknowledgments to extracurricular and academic support activities, to parent education, and all those year-end social activities, the Stanley PTA makes it go.
Beyond Stanley, the California PTA is a voice of advocacy for students throughout the state.
One Book One School
In January, all Stanley students and staff read a thought-provoking book together as part of the annual “One Book, One School (OBOS)” program, which is like a school-wide book group. The program caps off with a special assembly that, in years past, has included author visits and other special speakers. Buy your student(s) a personal copy of the OBOS selection–which is revealed and distributed in January–for her or him to keep. Library copies will be available to students without personal copies, but your purchase also helps underwrite the special events surrounding OBOS.
